A double treat today from Christopher Guest's brilliant mockumentary WAITING FOR GUFFMAN, the story of a small town that wants to put on a BIG show! In the first clip, local travel agent couple Ron and Sheila (played by Fred Willard and the awesome Catherine O'Hara) audition for the Corky St Clair's theatre spectacular with their rendition of "Midnight at the Oasis" (the quality's not great, but watch for Sheila mouthing all of Ron's words so she doesn't forget her next line). After their getting the part they have dinner at the local Chinese restaurant with another successful candidate (Eugene Levy) and his wife to get to know each other better. Nobody does drunk like Catherine O'Hara does drunk!!
