People can be such assholes! One thing that really shits me is when customers think they can abuse someone who's just trying to do their job. It's enough to make you wanna pull the emergency exit slide, grab a beer from the galley and run away! As a case in point, check out this bitch on the security camera. There's no sound, but if there was it'd probably be one continual bleep.
